I had my heart set on a home that was already built. I worked with my he realtor who was the wife of the builder. I was ready to take cash to purchase this home and they sold it out from underneath me…literally had just hung up the phone telling them I wanted the home. Just a sad situation.

He communicated clearly about any and all pricing and adhered strictly to his quoted numbers… which allowed the home building process to be enjoyable and without surprises.
