DO NOT use Woodland as your builder. What started out as a good experience, quickly turned to frustration and regret. We have had problems with almost every part of the house. Walls that aren't square, leaky plumbing, electrical that wasn't hooked up properly, doors that aren't square and lets water in, I could go on and on.
