BEWARE! We Purchased a home built by Woodland Custom Homes 2.5 years ago in Toledo. The 305,000$ home is already having issues due to poor work and quality control. I had my heart set on a home that was already built. I worked with my he realtor who was the wife of the builder. I was ready to take cash to purchase this home and they sold it out from underneath me…literally had just hung up the phone telling them I wanted the home. Just a sad situation.
