Pros: it’s very conveniently located. Centrally located in New Bern you are close to everything, and 70 is right next to the complex if you need to go anywhere further. Our 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious, big walk-in closet and a balcony. It was ample space for the 2 of us. Closet for a full size washer and dryer. Cons: 1. the garbage situation. Washers and dryers in laundry room are so expensive and never work. Washers won't drain and dryers won't dry in one cycle, most machines coin slots stick as well. We have told the front office numerous times since we moved in February but they have not been fixed once. For the amount we pay in rent and to use the washers/dryers this problem should have been fixed long ago. We are now being told they won't be fixed for another 3-6 months, which will be after our lease is up. We will NOT be renewing our lease. Far too many pro... read more

Ok so on Saturday I paid for my app to be screened and this was for my spouse my Niece and myself. had to Waite for 2 hours to be told that they could not have her their so I had them try with just my spouse and my self being that on Saturday there was no issue with me. so after having to Waite till mid day on Monday I am told that before I can proceed with a move in I need to contact3 different creditors for proof of bills being paid off. if this is the issue then it should have been told on Saturday not keep me tied up all... read more
