Woodland Creek townhomes is a great community. I live at the Freeland road location and it's been a phenomenal experience. They're quick to handle any situations or problems you may have, and the lawn maintenance is well maintained.
Rebecca made our move-in very smooth and easy. We knew exactly what we needed to have ready. She answered all of our questions about the property and the area. The neighborhood seems very peaceful and is right next to a recreation trail that takes you through SVSU. Very positive experience.
Nice community and maintenance is quick and professional.
