We found quality stools for our new home at Woodland Creek recently. Great quality, and wonderful service. We will return for helping us with furnishing our home in Williamsburg.
I had a very nice experience at this furniture shop. The collection was diverse, with many modern and classic designs to choose from. The staff were helpful and guided me in selecting a bed set that fits my room perfectly. The quality is strong and the finishing looks elegant. Delivery was on time, and the installation team handled everything carefully. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
Everyone in the Traverse City store were very kind and helpful. We purchased one cooper kitchen sink and two cooper bathroom sinks. The delivery was prompt and a lot of effort went into packaging, it was perfect!
The business advertises chairs on their website. The image shows two chairs, and the title of the item is listed in the plural “chairs”. They have other listings that show only 1 chair so I thought I would get 2 chairs. Nowhere on the listing does it say it was only 1 chair. Shipping incurs an added freight expense of $150 if the order doesn't exceed a certain price point. Had I bought a 2nd chair, I would not have incurred the added freight charge. Well I really thought this was a great outfit. About a year ago I bought several pieces for three bathrooms plus a hutch and there were several order problems but resolved in a positive manner. The two bathrooms were finished over the summer of 2025. About a month ago my wife open the medicine cabinet in one of the bathrooms and the door and mirror fell to the floor.
