I’ve worked with Woodland Builders many times over the last three years. Great pricing, quick and easy contract management. Communication, honesty, and integrity are a few of their core values. During construction your job site will be clean and they will make sure to protect your property. True to their deadlines.
I would not recommend this contractor based on my experience. Over the course of a five-month project, there were repeated issues with both workmanship and site management. Windows were left open during rainstorms and exterior doors were left unlocked overnight, raising concerns about basic oversight and security.
