I chose Woodland Carpet One because I wanted to support a local business vs going with a big box store, but sadly, I feel compelled to share my bad experience and to warn others if you are just looking for a small amount of flooring, like for a bathroom. Karen and Josh are lovely people, and Karen especially was very helpful, but on this they really missed the mark and left a customer stuck. Karen Gossard from Woodland Carpet One and her team—Chris on the hardwoods and Vince on the cork—did an amazing job coordinating and carrying out the resurfacing of our old hardwood floors and installing cork in a much-neglected bedroom. We loved the whole experience. Karen, a true pro, knows all the in's and out's of flooring. She expertly guided us to the happy compromise between budget and luxury. We love the carpet, happy with the price and kudus to the installation crew.
