So, overall I’m happy with our new carpet and the installation. I appreciated that they worked with our somewhat tight deadline. The quality seems good. I’m less happy with the lack of communication. I had to call for every update; even the day they started installation no one contacted me. The initial over the phone estimate was significantly lower than the actual price, which was also a bit frustrating. I have no plans to replace flooring in our home again anytime soon, but I would probably shop around more next time.

I chose Woodland Carpet One because I wanted to support a local business vs going with a big box store, but sadly, I feel compelled to share my bad experience and to warn others if you are just looking for a small amount of flooring, like for a bathroom. Karen and Josh are lovely people, and Karen especially was very helpful, but on this they really missed the mark and left a customer stuck.
