Have a puppy who destroyed a couple of rooms carpets. Had no idea what replacement would cost. Went to Woodland Carpet One on Main St. in downtown and talked to Karen. She was super helpful and showed us several different options that would work with the dog problem. She said we could take samples home, but I couldn't so she brought them over later and helped us make a decision. Left the samples to give us a few days to figure it out. Karen is the best, so easy to work with. She's very knowledgeable and helpful all the way thru the process. I'm very pleased with the way my floors turned out. I would recommend her to anyone along with Carpet One.
