From the visit to the showroom, to the final install, Carpet One took great care with us in addressing our flooring needs. We met Karen at the store, and she worked with us from the carpet selection, all the way through to the final installation inspection. Great experience with Woodland Carpet One, we were able to select from multiple samples on different occasions. Deciding on our flooring, Karen was great with communication regarding drop off, install and review of finished product. Rogelio and his son were amazing at installing and our flooring looks amazing! After searching for almost a year for the perfect carpet, we thankfully ran across Carpet One. Their showroom display of quality carpet by far exceeded any store we had been to. It was a pleasure to work with Karen. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. The scope of this project kept changing and she was very patient and easy to work with. She was prompt to respond to questions, follow up with more sample ideas when asked and had a great attention to detail with regards to installation. We are already using Carpet 1 and Karen for another, larger project!
