I was a dealer for this company for about one year. The product is just okay. Take your business somewhere else. Some cabinets were delivered with flaws, and they forgot some of the details that I had in my designs, on ALL of my kitchen design projects. After investing about 3,000 dollars in samples and required items they said I needed to have. Based on customer service alone, I'd give no stars to Woodland if I could. We, las stated in other reviews, were led to believe by the dealer (Carhart Lumber-Nebraska) that Woodland's product and service far-exceeded other manufacturers. ABSOLUTELY wrong. We ordered our cabinets - an elaborate kitchen, laundry room, masterbath, and guest bath in April 2021 and the cabinets began to show up piecemeal in August. Where to begin?? We were told that Woodland is one of the best cabinet makers in the country. They have great support and stand behind their product. Totally wrong! We started our kitchen project the week after Labor Day 2018, and there are many issues still unresolved. We are aware that our contractor is partially to blame, but when our Woodland rep came out to attempt to resolve a particular issue, he just stood in our kitchen staring blankly and had no recommendations.
