the management here is just terrible black mold all in my apartment and i’m still “on waiting list” to get it removed and i have an elderly grandfather living here
Don’t rent here, it’s dangerous, unkept, druggies and theft all over. Plus they don’t give deposits back doesn’t matter who you are
Rent goes up but they never come fix what’s wrong, will “do a walk through” then tell you that whatever major issue you are having is your fault not their concern, state that there is a two pet limit but have people with more yet if you ask they throw the hammer down, don’t enforce the dog breed rule either (I don’t care what breed you dog is but if you make rules enforce them)...overall I’m only here because utilities are included but the manager is rude and condescending and the lack of maintenance and the lack of willingn... read more
