The office was unkept, dirty, and smelled like cigarettes. The vet did not even use the appropriate equpitment to exam my dog's eyes, and laughed at me when I was concerned about her vision. He was extremely condescending and I left the office in tears. He would not even clean out my dog's ears or clip her nails as part of the examination fee.
