After having a very negative experience at another RV service location, we were in somewhat desperate straits to get our rig fixed for an extended trip out west. Long story short our experience with Woodland Airstream was nothing short of amazing. The customer service started with our service tech personally introducing himself to me and said “I will be the one working on your rig today”. Every one was friendly especially Dave, Kyle, John and Patrick. I would recommend Woodland to anybody looking for a camper. We purchase a 2015 Flying Cloud 23FB. This was our first experience buying a camper and all the staff was very helpful as I had a lot of questions.
I can't say enough positive things about this dealership, and in particular, David Rossi. He was exceptional from the start. Communication and follow-through were top notch. Transparency and trust are so important when purchasing an airstream long distance, and he delivered in all areas. I can honestly say this was the best customer experience I've ever had.
