I recently bought a pre-owned airstream from Woodland Airstream. Although this is my 7th RV, it is the first that I’ve bought from a dealer. What a fabulous experience it was! I searched the nation for the model I wanted (23CB), and was lucky enough to find it at Woodland, 20 minutes from my daughter’s home. When I called, David Rossi answered all of my questions. I would not recommend Woodland Airstream of Clarkston for any service to a airstream trailer. I was unsatisfied by the number of days it took to do the work and the additional cost of a visual inspection for a exterior repair estimate. I called to make an appointment for a wheel bearing check and they said they could get me in within one or two weeks. When I dropped off my Airstream trailer at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning, they said they had 2 jobs in front of me and the maintenance would not be complete until the next day. I h... read more
After having a very negative experience at another RV service location, we were in somewhat desperate straits to get our rig fixed for an extended trip out west. Long story short our experience with Woodland Airstream was nothing short of amazing. The customer service started with our service tech personally introducing himself to me and said “I will be the one working on your rig today”.
