Update: I was contacted by Woodland, and they were kind enough to return the money I had spent on the work they did on my water heater. That was appreciated. I had the Lebanon location do some work on my 2016 Flying Cloud summer 2025 - specifically, replacing the shower mixing valve and the water heater mixing valve. I first started dealing with woodland Airstream after having hail damage on my existing trailer. They were very easy to work with and dealt with my insurance company. However, the insurance company ended up totaling my existing Airstream. Woodland got us set up with a nice used and made the process super easy. Couldn't have asked for more. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. A little bit out of the way for me, but for sure I will be going back to them for parts of service if and when needed.
This is a top tier Airstream dealer and Indiana is very fortunate to have them. Before Woodland, we had to travel out-of-state to get service, going to Jackson Center, OH for the excellent service facility at the factory. There is no need now because Woodland is wonderful. They have the skills, the inventory and the right people. Woodland also gets top grades for communication! We spent a couple hours with Dennis yesterday learning about Airstreams. We had planned on going to the RV show in Indy but we really only wanted to see the Airstream and Woodland only goes there in February. The dealership is beautiful and they had plenty of models in stock. We were there midday and midweek and the only ones looking so we felt like we had a private showing!
