So I am a new Resident who just given birth to my son last week. As you know fall is approaching and the temperature is dropping which may cause you to turn on the heat. Well I tried to turn on the heat (since we are paying for all Utilities included) and it did not come on. I called the office just to be advised that there is one boiler per building and it cuts on when the temp drops to 58 degrees.
