Wood lake travel a business , but Shelley takes matters very personal. She's very short with people , and extremely rude. What has happened to customer service lately. Shelly if you're not sure how to speak with people take a step or a day back to think of how you want to be treated. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.. stay away if she's giving terrible customer service on the phone , imagine what will happen if you book with this agency and have a problem . How will she treat you then?
