Don't do it!! I don't recommend! If you want peace you won't find it in this tightly built community. Get your credit straight and buy and real house! Loud trucks and loud music will be your mornings and when you're trying to go to bed from your neighbors. Children in the community don't respect your property. Teens are out late at night around your home. You are charged $40 for lawn services but if with luck you might get your grass cut once a month. Management will dismiss your complaints and concerns. It's okay, but they could offer more, for what they charge for lot rent here. Security, lawn service free and cap off lot rent when you have been a resident for over 10 yrs.
