Horrible place to stay, the owner goes on power trips when he’s having a “bad day”. Paul is strict on his rules but doesn’t follow basic city ordinance. Paul is also famous for coming to people’s doors in the morning and threatening evictions, or calling threatening/ screaming on the phone at you. Which is illegal in Louisiana for a landlord to do. I highly recommend renting somewhere else not worth the drama.
kicked us out because we were 2 days late on payment which is like okay our fault but we had the money ready to go in box and the owner calls and says well I still don’t want you here cause your dog?? mind you our dog is still a puppy yes she’s big but she’s a pit/cane corso and he didn’t even see the dog he just heard her… when he knocked on our camper door at 8am when he knew this was probably my husbands only day to sleep in got woke up at 8am and of course dogs are gonna bark because you also woke them up from there slum... read more
Very quiet and spacious spots for RVs. Reasonable rates too. No reservations required atm
