I would "never ever recommend this place to any one". Terrible experience, the front office people and the techinicians were rude and impolite. The MRI technician did not know how to place the patient in the machine, so my patient was placed in awkard position for the entire time. I was asked to wait outside, even though there were other people waiting with the patient, so clearly they were manipulating.As the technician was not able to do her job, she called in someone else, who came in whistling and poked my patient in 3 d... read more

There was no one in the front when I arrived, I stood up waiting 5 minutes until I said Hello, the receptionist came to the front and didn’t even greet just asked for my ID and handed me the paperwork. I waited over 40 minutes in the lobby while the receptionist was on her personal phone having a conversation over phone call.

I had an excellent experience at Woodlake Imaging From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The ultrasound technician was incredibly kind and explained everything step-by-step, which really helped me feel comfortable. The equipment looked modern and well-maintained, and the entire facility was spotless — you can tell they take pride in keeping things clean and organized.
