The people are fabulous, skilled, and kind. There are also several Spanish speakers so most patients will be able to communicate. Everything is ADA accessible as well. I spent 3 weeks trying to get a more popular imaging center to schedule my CT. In comparison, Woodlake called me the same day they got my orders and scheduled me within a week. They did not let me get my ultrasound because I have my kids with me I have no one to watch my kids it's just me my husband and my kids my husband works the days they are open and they refuse to let me get my ultrasound for my pregnancy
I recently had an ultrasound at Woodlake MRI and had a great experience from start to finish. The location is easy to find with free parking, and the staff was friendly and professional the entire time. Whenever I read reviews I try to keep in mind that people typically tend the write them when they are angry because they need to vent, but they usually don't take the time to write positive ones too, even when the place, and people who work there, are amazing and totally deserving of it.
