They did not let me get my ultrasound because I have my kids with me I have no one to watch my kids it's just me my husband and my kids my husband works the days they are open and they refuse to let me get my ultrasound for my pregnancy
I recently had an ultrasound at Woodlake MRI and had a great experience from start to finish. The location is easy to find with free parking, and the staff was friendly and professional the entire time. The technician Jackie walked me through everything step by step, which really helped put me at ease. Whenever I read reviews I try to keep in mind that people typically tend the write them when they are angry because they need to vent, but they usually don't take the time to write positive ones too, even when the place, and people who work there, are amazing and totally deserving of it. I would "never ever recommend this place to any one". Terrible experience, the front office people and the techinicians were rude and impolite. The MRI technician did not know how to place the patient in the machine, so my patient was placed in awkard position for the entire time.
