Wow! Look at all the recent negative reviews. Well, I'm here to add another one. I had a CT scan done on 8/7 and a PET scan on 9/8, with a finding of "worrisome for malignancy." I made an appointment with MD Anderson and the patient rep there has been trying to get the images from the scans for over a week now, leaving voice mail messages, but Woodlake has been non-responsive. I've also sent an email with no response. Meanwhile, I have my first appointment with MD Anderson in 2 days from now and they still have not provided ... read more
Great faculty..... Professional and respectful EMT paramedics..... Genuine people who are truly trying to help people....
We’ve been here in the past, but the receptionist currently working here now extremely rude and unprofessional. She’s the first individual a patient sees and communicates with upon arrival. The office should consider a better approach. It’s disappointing.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The billing department here is incompetent. My insurance has been pending a claim since May 22nd. I called the billing department here twice and the assured me that they had sent the information and it was “ a waiting game”. Meanwhile my deductible has been met and they owe me a $500 refund. I called the insurance today 8/19/2026 because the claim had been denied and they told me they haven’t received the additional information from Woodlake.
