Great staff!
I had a very disappointing experience at this MRI center. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional when informing me that I had arrived 7 minutes late for my appointment, where I was scheduled for two MRIs and a knee X-ray. Instead of trying to accommodate me, they told me they had already given my appointment to another patient, even though I had confirmed that I would be there. Didn’t really like the front desk lady really come off rude. When speaking about payment plan the lady look at me crazy when I already Spoke to someone about a payment plan. They need to get their Communication together. Time 10:10 am 5/12/2026
My experience here was mixed. The front desk associate, Katya, was incredibly rude and showed no consideration for patients. There was a clear lack of communication and urgency, professionalism, and respect. Even though I arrived ahead of my scheduled appointment, I was still seen late, and the time management overall was very poor. On a positive note, the scan technician, V, was outstanding.
