Very nice and quiet community. The Property Manager Koree is very nice and is always helpful and takes care of the property well !! She's always been very prompt at addressing and concerns or needs. Definitely would recommend this place to live.
They try to get you to leave a good review on Google before you've even moved in. I thought it was weird but I know better than to do that, so this is my review after having lived here for a year. Woodlake Estates is a nice neighborhood, but the communication sucks. We moved out November 2nd and it took 2 and a half months, and us threatening legal council and a complaint with the state to get someone to reach out to us to get our security deposit back. Koree and Anthony are the best! Koree, she goes above and beyond what is expected as a manager! When my husband and I moved in, this girl was literally all by herself, trying to find a maintenance person! She was going under the trailer herself to help people out with frozen pipes! Nope I would no way do what this girl did! She was the one man team taking care of the park! Patience was a must, because you know there is only so many hours in a day!
