This is a review for the management. They have been extremely helpful to communicate with. Maintenance always comes extremely quickly after filing a maintenance request. They have overall been very lovely to deal with!
This complex is just what I was looking for. It is surrounded by nature, yet it's minutes away from Totemn Lake shopping center. The apartments are nice, and the storage unit is a great bonus. I'm pleasantly surprised at how well the heaters work. There are good amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, private pond/ lake, fire pits, grills, and 2 sports courts. Office people are very unkind and uncooperative. You girls forgot what you are getting paid for. Where is the service? Where is the customer care? Very unpleasant apartments
This place was beautiful in 2010. The remodel of the sidewalks. The trees bieng taken away on the uphill are making this apartment complex a boring place to live in and cost is rising quick
That freaking road block at the apartment entrance damaged my car. Low visibility and bigger size damaged my car, and I am suing. Small cars can have their bambers broken
