They don’t care about your dog, much less you. Just lost a shih tzu due to the filthy building. Meanwhile receptionist sit at front desk stuffing their faces.

I absolutely adore the staff at Woodlake Animal Hospital! They’re always upfront about costs/fees, they typically are running a little ahead of schedule and I usually get seated/helped before my appointment time! Sometimes there are emergencies or other pups that need more immediate care but they are always super sweet about it. They definitely go above and beyond for everyone’s pups! Always great care. I went to VEG and Blue Pearl for an animal attack on my dog in the middle of the night. When I went to Blue Pearl for an emergency consult they wanted prepayment of $8,800. That is absurd! I got ahold of Misty early AM at Woodlake and she said bring her here. After 2 days of hospitalization and big gun antibiotics and surgery my bill was $1,700. They always deliver.
