Read the details! I clearly did not understand my husband's honor flag was larger than the box I chose. This should be made very clear, not the 3rd or 4th bullet down. $200 out of pocket for something I can never use. I should have stopped the order when they could not deliver the engraved plaque.

This rank based plaque is amongst the best memorabilia items I’ve seen or worked with. It was easy to assemble, alter & completely durable. Woodknot had exceptional custom service from returning phone calls in a timely manner, to following up once my order was preparing for shipping and not to forget the guidance through the customization process. Highly recommend and I look forward to working with them again!

Initially I contacted 3 companies. Mark from Wood Knot Woodworks contacted me within 30 minutes of me leaving a message. The others still have not returned my call. I wanted a special shadow box made and Not only was he willing to make anything I wanted but he also volunteered ideas to help me. My product was complete in less than a week and it was perfect. Throughout the whole process, Mark made it very easy to do business with him and he created an excellent product.
