We got an appointment and when we arrived the office was closed. We called to confirm before arriving too but the office was still closed. This was the mill creek.

We are a long-time patient family, and I’m genuinely disappointed by how Woodinville Pediatrics handled our situation. In the middle of an emergency foster placement, our family went from two kids to four young children overnight. Two of the children have special needs and required frequent appointments and procedures through Seattle Children’s. During my daughter’s appointment, I was given a depression screening form to fill out, even though there were no concerns or issues related to depression and this was not a postpartum visit for me. This has already been addressed at my own appointments and is not something that needs to be repeatedly done during my baby’s visits. There was absolutely no informed consent or warning that this form might not be covered by insurance. It was simply handed to me.
