Everyone we encountered, from reception, to nurse, to doctor were wonderful
I have been taking my 2 girls here since they were born. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Their phone system definitely needs some work.
I love our doctor, that’s the only reason we stay with this office. The staff who answer the phones and some of the nurses are incredibly rude and impatient. Every single time I have to call and make an appointment the staff that answer the phones treat us like we are an inconvenience. We by no means try to make it hard to schedule an appointment, I’m happy to work with what they have available.
