Wasted time and now I need to chase after Wooding for a refund for a service they were unable to provide. I operate rental properties and AC went out with guests at the property. Based on reviews, proximity to the propety, and hours showing they were open, I called Wooding requesting same day (Sunday) emergency service. The advised they could service the AC between 1-4on. 3 hours later I get a text from a tech saying "Not sure why after hours call takers said we will be out today, we don't run calls on Sundays".
