Casey was incredibly awesome. My car needed extra attention with the bug graveyard on my hood. Casey directed me back to the bug cleaning zone and then helped me by scrubbing my car for me before I went into the wash. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was not pleased with how the wheels looked after the car wash. I'm not talking about the tires for the actual Wheels themselves. However I mentioned it to Maria that I was not pleased and she actually hand wash them for me. Since I've had knee surgery would have been difficult for me to do that so I was really impressed with her care for customers. You should acknowledge her going above and beyond
Jay was so nice and very helpful
Maria helped with my white Lexus, she is very friendly. Thanks!
Maria was very helpful and pleasent
