Scheduled a balance/rotate and alignment Saturday August 9th, I told them the make and model of my truck told him the issue I was having they balanced and rotated the wheels then he called and said my truck was too big for the alignment rack that I needed to take it to another Woody's service center, wth. I feel like they should have told me that it wouldn't fit on the alignment rack when I told him the make and model. Disappointing first and last visit.
I would like to thank Jonathan and Johnnie and the mechanic for taking care of the problem I had with my truck.They really worked with me. I would use them again

We took my wifes car to Woodies because tha A/C wasnt cooling properly. This was especially a problem when the car was hot feom being in the sun. They evacuated and refilled the system to factory specifications. They then kept the car overnight and let it get hot in the morning sun. The A/C performed perfectly. Each step was communicated to us by phone. When they were satisfied it was repaired correctly they called that it was ready. This was the best auto service i have ever had. I have been a licensed driver for 60 yrs
