I recommended this place to many of my friends and colleagues and have had them service my vehicles over the last 4 years. Unfortunately, on this last visit, it was a hot mess. Made a reservation, came in at 7:15am and a simple oil change wasn’t ready at 6pm. Paid for “tire rotation” that was never even performed. Very Disappointed
I’ve been a customer here for a while, although I hadn’t been in recently since I had a newer vehicle that was still under warranty and was being serviced at the dealership. I had a minor issue come up this week and wanted to have it checked out for peace of mind, especially with a road trip coming up. While they had the vehicle, I also had them take care of my state inspection. They checked everything out and didn’t find any issues, which was exactly what I was hoping to hear. Called @ 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon with a hot a/c in my Jeep. They told me to bring it right in and they'd take care of it. They had my car in the shop within minutes of arriving. I was out the door 45 minutes later with an ice cold a/c unit. They've been my shop now for the last few years and I won't go anywhere else. Thanks Gary and crew @ Woodie's for the great work!
