The team is very welcoming, they look like they love their work and enjoy each others company. My car came back in great shape and no up sales. Easy to understand communication on service provided and recommendations for the near future. Pricing is competitive. I work nearby and Ron made my day, enjoyed the conversation to and from work. I’ll be back!
First visit there, was leaking antifreeze and fear of vehicle running hot. Knew exactly where to look for the problem and fixed me right up without taking up all my day.
Will, Karl, and Corey are amazing. I have been taking my vehicles here for years and each and every time they are professional, explain the work that needs to be done, discuss what work may be immediate versus work that may be able to wait. They are always willing to help and I never get those feelings of taking my vehicle in there and worrying that I am not going to get great service. Thanks guys !!!!!!!!!
This service I received today is EXACTLY how it should be. Before coming to woodies, I went to pep boys who completely lied and drug me around for 2 days saying they looked at my car and never did. I brought it to Woodies after and the process was seamless, dropped it off, they called me, let me know they didn't find any issues (which is perfectly fine, that's what I wanted to confirm). Needed to get new tires and after being pressured by a dealership went to Woodies. Corey was very helpful and informative. He asked how I used my car - I’m a nurse that has to show up in inclement weather. I knew I was pressing my luck with my current tires and while tires are expensive, Corey helped me make the best decision for me.
