This is in fact a 0 star review driven by carelessness and lack of ownership. On 9/9 I dropped off my Dodge Charger for a thermostat replacement. When I picked up my car that evening I paid and headed home. Once I got home I realized there was an abnormal gap between my hood and front bumper despite the hood being completely closed. The next day I called the service advisor and explained the issue. He stated they’d be happy to fix it and “that he knew it wasn’t something I did since I’m a loyal customer”. Did not have to wait long for an appointment. Very friendly and explained the issue and repair cost.
Exceptional customer service! Very attentive to finding out exactly what was wrong with my car! Karl made sure my vehicle was safe to drive and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price! Thank you so much, Karl!
