Mike was so polite and able to gain my trust for repairs on my 2017 Ford Fusion Fuel Injection System.
Mike the manager is ETHICAL. His team also has great customer service skills. The technicians are superb as well! I would recommend this shop to anyone especially women who are skeptical about mechanics! They will be honest and upfront when it comes to diagnosing your car. Everything was completed in a timely manner and at a great price point too. Dealerships will never see another penny of my money. This shop definitely changed my view on mechanics! You won’t regret it.
Woody’s quite literally saved my life. Visiting Charleston for a wedding from Florida car wouldn’t start at the hotel they came. They picked me up. They treated me beyond wonderfully so courteous so kind. Got my car running in no time at all with an excellent value I can’t say enough nice things about them if you are in anyway, needing their assistance Make sure you call them before anyone else highly recommend. Would give higher stars if possible Mike and his team were great
Horrible service was mocked by staff and paid $900 for my vehicle and broke down the same day.
I needed to get a tire balanced after getting the tire patched on a trip. Woodie's got the work done quickly and efficiently. They checked the car over and let me know it had a no problems but did need some maintenance when I was ready. I was very impressed with the customer service and how clean the store and restroom was. I will be going back to Woodie's when my cars need maintenance.
