Recommendation: check your labor hours carefully. Ask for itemized labor per job and have them explain exactly what is being done. My initial invoice had multiple errors, which they admitted to. That part I could live with. After a lot of back and forth, the pricing itself became somewhat reasonable, but the process to get there was not. You need to do better when hiring your courtesy drivers. One attempts to pull out in front of me and then flipped me off for his mistake. Sorry for the one star, but you needed to know.

I had the most incredibly positive experience at Woody’s. Perry at the front desk is amazing! Their customer service is outstanding and, most importantly, I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. They were professional and straightforward. I’d highly recommend Woody’s!

Woodie's had been recommended to me by a number of Charleston locals so when my Fiat 500 Abarth needed some chassis / suspension work I dropped in for assessment and estimate. Within 90 minutes they had found the problems and had a detailed and understandable description of the problems and a cost estimate. The next morning before 10 am they called to tell me the work was complete and car ready to be picked up. Came in from out of town to look at a truck, and Woody fit me in around 4:30 and had the pre-purchase inspection completed by about 5:20. It was incredibly helpful to find a shop open past five—highly recommend them!
