Edit#1: 2 months later and still no attempt to resolve the ONGOING issues they caused. They also left my engine mounts loose after replacing the starter that they broke. Recommendation: check your labor hours carefully. Ask for itemized labor per job and have them explain exactly what is being done. My initial invoice had multiple errors, which they admitted to. I took my mom's 2016 Mitsubishi lancer in for service not knowing what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at how professional they were. They got me checked in and gave me an extensive list on the car problems within an hour. Their free shuttle also gave me a ride to somewhere else I needed to be which is a nice touch. Got the car back the same day running better than before. Thanks to the Woodie's staff on Savannah Highway in Charleston.
