Great friendly service, as always.
Excellent service and a pleasing customer experience. I stopped to have air added because the car should low tire pressure, they assisted with my request right away. The next morning it was low again, I stopped in and asked if they could look at it sometime today, and they said yes, without a hesitation. I am from out of town, visiting a sick family member. It meant a lot to me, seeing I did not have an appointment.
My daughter had a flat tire and managed to limp her car into woodies parking lot. I was hoping to plug it but it had a 3 inch cut in the sidewall.....I walked in and Dana was working the counter. I told him what tire I needed and in a couple of hours her car was ready to roll again. Thank you Dana and Malik (tech) for the speedy service!
