The team at Woodies’s is always professional and honest. They had my car back quickly and answered all of my questions.
I came by because a piece of my flash guard was loose and flopping at the bottom of my car. I asked for help and they resolved my issue in like 15 minutes. They were so kind and generous with their service. I’ve been to several Woodie’s around Charlotte and Huntersville and I’m always so pleased with the service I receive. Excellent service, reasonable pricing, and they are just great all around. Dana is very professional and friendly. I won't ever go back to the dealership as Town and Country Toyota is just overpriced and they now charge a 3% credit card fee. Woodies is now my choice of service providers for our cars moving forward.
I've taken my car in a couple times now, and they have fully gained my trust. Last time I took my car in, I was prepared to pay more money for the effort they put in, and they ultimately told me not to worry about it. Highly recommend.
My first time using Woodies. They were awesome. Great service. Very professional. Came through with every thing they told me. Dana, in particular, stood out for me. Very competent and professional and kept me very well-informed throughout the process. In a few hours, I had a new set of tires. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new set of tires.
