Super friendly people here! From the initial phone call to make appointment, to the time I walked out the door. However….I sat in their waiting area for nearly 90-minutes AFTER my scheduled (9:30a) appointment, before they even took my car into the shop! Once they got to my vehicle, the inspection did not take much time at all. Overall, a 2 hour ordeal for a 30-minute job.
