While I waited on my car getting its annual inspection report, I was offered complimentary drinks and snacks in the waiting room area as well as shuttle service. Every worker was pleasant and smiling; thank you!
As expected, George and his team hit it out of the park! Our 2014 VW Eos had a retractable top problem. George found the needed part in Colorado. He took the time and had the patience to get the replacement item. Once more George sets the standard for being a careful listener, a thoughtful problem solver, and a truly lovely person. We are lucky to have such a competent and trusted auto repair resource in The Town of Davidson.
$3000 for an oil change is worst car experience I have ever had; just hoping I never have anything like it again.
