Don't ever go here. They tore out my trunk lining and never put it back, drained my oil without me asking, and aligned my tires when they were only off by 0.1 degrees according to the result sheet they gave me. Craziest part. They never fixed the problem with my car, nor could they identify it. My back right wheel makes a loud grinding noise. How can you not find the problem? This was all in one visit. More stuff happened too but I can't fit it all in one review.
I love taking my car here. They always get me in right away, I trust they’re recommendations and they don’t try and push services on me that I don’t need right away. They’re always friendly and pleasant to interact with as well.
I want to start out this review by saying that Woodies in Uptown is the GOAT! I took my neglected Mercedes aka Pretty Girl to them for some much needed TLC and they were so helpful. They serviced the car made several recommendations and once I picked her up she ran awesome. From the counter through the maintenance bays the experience was AWESOME. Thanks
We were from out of town and woke up to a tire issue. This place was close and open on Sat. We just stopped in with no appointment and they were busy when we got there. The guy said he would work us in... he patched the tire at a very reasonable cost and it did not take very long considering we were walk ins on a busy Saturday. They did a great job and it was greatly appreciated!
