So I randomly need saw the coolant light flashing on my dash I happen to live across the street from the shop and I called to see if I could buy some coolant. The gentleman on the phone told me to come by. I was met with a nice guy named Stewart and he got me going. They typically don’t even do this so just happen to be lucky on a Friday to meet some good guys, thanks fellas.
I had been going to this location for the last few years, but that stops now. I scheduled an appointment and asked their team to take a look at my car battery. Their employee, Daniel, called me and claimed there was nothing wrong with the battery, but there was an issue with the alternator. While asking follow up questions, Daniel proceeded to tell me in a condescending and rude manner that if I didn’t trust them, why would I want them to handle my car battery and hung up on me.
