While my car was still under warranty with the dealer, I was limited to using Woodie's for my annual registration inspections. Now that the warranty period has expired, I'm using them for all of my maintenance, and have not been disappointed. They are clearly an honest broker, never trying to "upsell", or suggest any unnecessary repairs. They are open about the work being performed, and clear on pricing and timing. I highly recommend them for your car's service needs.

I took my Porsche in for new tires, which the shop sold and installed. However, after the installation, they did not know how to reset the vehicle’s tire-pressure monitoring system, leaving a warning on my dashboard. I waited for two hours while they experimented with the car, causing me to be late for work. They promised to call me with a solution but never followed up. Woodies has done a good job for us. This rating reflects a change in when our car should have need ready. I called to check when I hadn’t heard anything and learned it was going to be hours latter because someone had to leave for an emergency. This happens, but we should have gotten a call to let us know. We will continue to use Woodies.
