I’m regular customer and always get great service. Whole team, but often and this visit special thanks to Daniel.
I took my car to Woodie’s uptown for a brake job that was recommended by the dealership. After inspection, Daniel informed that my vehicle is not due for a brake job at this time and, in fact, can last another 20,000-25,000 miles. I’m very thankful for his transparency instead of charging me for a service that is currently unnecessary. For that reason, Woodie’s has earned my business for all future vehicle services instead of relying on the dealership’s recommendations. Thank you, Daniel!
My experience was good! Mitch was very helpful. I got a diagnostic and they fixed my spray for the wipers. The front door is where the convenience store is just in case you are wondering. I also liked the follow up to check in after I had my car serviced
UPDATE: My initial review was very negative, but after working with them to remedy the problem I've updated to 4*. Everyone at this location was extremely helpful.
