Always helpful and explain everything Great place great employees
Eddie and his team at the Ashley Rd. Location have been absolutely AMAZING. They turned an impossible situation that I was in into a great experience with customer service, human kindness and great professionalism. I will highly recommend Woodie's to anyone that needs help with their car. I have always been a little skeptical of auto shops, but not anymore, not with Eddie and his team at Woodie's!
I can not speak high enough on my experience! 5pm just before they close and my car breaks down. I get it towed to them. I am frantic and stressed. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Reassured me through the whole process and even offered to stick around after they closed to make sure i dropped the car off and got home alright. Just blown away by the class. For all other services at Woodies, I will give 5 stars. For the inspection, I give this rating, because it took over an hour. I have never had to wait over 30 minutes for an inspection.
