We called Woodie’s after we started having problems with an ice maker. Rusty came promptly and made the repair. He was so friendly and helpful and we will definitely use them again.
Awesome experience with Woodie's. First was the call...concise, clear explanation of their process, charges, etc. Good questions to allow technician to come out and bring most likely needed parts and get our dryer running on first call. Text message follow up reminding and confirming appointment. Received text from Tech when he was on his way confirming and making sure still a good time. I love Woodies. I have used them for years for appliance repair and they never disappoint. Recently Rusty came to fix dryer that wasn’t heating. Did great job! Good experience in every way.
