I took my cockatiel in with a swollen toe joint. a blood test was offered for routine wellness check. she died having a blood sample taken. bleed out. she had at least five (rather large) needle punctures under her wings. at some point when a procedure is not going well shouldnt the vet just stop, or you just keep sticking?
