We had our unit installed a couple weeks ago.-1/2/2025 It’s the end of the month and we have not been able to connect it to our Wi-Fi or use the Generac app. I have not been billed for the generator. I did have someone from their office call and collect the Generac charge card numbers from me a couple days before install. INCORRECT GENERAC GENERATOR INSTALLATION They installed a Generac generator too close to our home. It filled our home with carbon monoxide. The monitor we have was in our basement. We were within an hour of going to bed and likely would not have heard the alarm, which would have meant that the five of us, including two small children, would not have likely awaken at all, but God. We heard the alarm. We have personal gas monitors as Oil & Gas Engineers and easily tracked the issue to the exhaust of the generator running durin... read more
