Woodhyrst installed our generator years ago and we’ve had a service/maintenance contract with them since. Their technicians are polite and friendly. They carefully maintain, check, and clean up very nicely during their annual service. Upon this year’s annual maintenance visit the tech noticed an emerging issue, Woodhyrst was back in a couple days (with no chasing, or calls needed from us), changed the part out, and kept us in top shape before we even noticed an issue. I would have given 5 stars because the install and workers were very professional, but one of the side panels was bent and was to be replaced. It's been a month and still not replaced. I have called several times and Jolene promised a replacement but it has not happened. I will change this review to 5 stars if/when we get the correct panel installed.
They won't return our phone calls. We need service.
Woodhyrst installed my Generac 22KW whole-home generator in June of 2020 and I've had no problems since. The installation was perfect and required a lot of "navigating" through two exterior walls spanning the entire width of the house with the electric line (hiding it perfectly in the I-Beam). Not an easy job at all! Couldn't be more pleased.
