My mom was brought in by the ambulance 2 nights ago. MY MOM HAS DEMENTIA & THESE PEOPLE DISCHARGED MY MOTHER THE NEXT DAY & LET HER LEAVE ALONE KNOWING HER CONDITION. MY MOM IS MISSING & I'M GOING TO SUE THEM! THEY MISHANDLED THE WRONG PATIENT!
To be fair I’ve never stepped foot in here. NY Health + Hospitals made an appointment for me for the gastroenterologist here when I had an ulcer. When I tried to call the listed number to cancel, it kept ringing with no answer. When I call NY H + H to cancel they called Woodhull and said verbatim, “They do not make it easy.” At the end of our call NY H + H said *hopefully* they’ll call me directly to cancel.
