Ordered a rack and pinion with tie rod ends. Tie rod ends were nasty with rust. Not good at all. Company was contacted Monday, April 30. After sending them pictures, they finally agreed to replace the parts. They were told we needed them by the weekend. Friday afternoon, do I have the parts I need? Big fat NO! My son is driving in from a town 1.5 hours away to finish the work, but no parts. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I called to order a curtain airbag. 10 days later get a dashboard airbag.. Called to ask why they shipped me a wrong airbag and they tell me thats what I ordered. When I called I told them " curtain airbag" How does that sound anything like a dashboard airbag. So the guy there started to yell at me over the phone and telling me to ship it back.
