I can't think of one thing to change at this wonderful spa, from the time you walk in till you leave it is a great way to relax

AHHH-MAZING!!!! Let me start by saying that I had a major customer complaint. It was not over services, because their services are wonderful!! It was over a deal they are running that wasn't properly explained to me. The manager refused to do anything, but the owner stepped in and made things RIGHT! The owner absolutely, positively knows what customer service is. She treated me like first class, and my next experience, which was today... Was AAA++ service!!! Thank you!! You have a customer for life!!!
