RecommendedThis was my third time coming to Woodhouse and as expected, it was an incredible experience. Very important to mention that I called for a last minute booking and they took me within two hours! I was there for a 50 minute deep tissue massage that did not disappoint! Absolutely shocked at the poor customer service here. This place canceled my wife's spa service less than an hour before it started. When I explained that I had to get a babysitter for the day to arrange this for my wife, and I was told sorry that sucks. No empathy, no offer to compensate for their scheduling issue. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was unavailable to speak with me because there wasn't even a manager or person in charge at the spa. On a Saturday. My best friend and I went for the Two’s Company package. The massage, facial, and pedicure were extraordinary. The rooms were immaculately clean and the experience was very relaxing. The quiet room was perfect and the locker rooms were awesome. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a spa experience.

I went for my birthday and got a nice little treat from the staff! I have a relaxing mud wrap with Sage and and amazing deep tissue with Ericka. Very peaceful experience!
