I came here while visiting from out of town to plan a funeral, in the hopes of relaxing and taking a breather. Aleese, who did a sculpt facial with multiple add-ons was superb and did a wonderful job - highly recommend. Unfortunately, I had a lengthy massage with scalp add-on that followed and it was sub par at best. I booked a 50-minute massage appointment I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, but we did not get into the treatment room until approximately 3:15 PM. The massage ended around 3:49 PM, meaning I received significantly less time than the 50 minutes I paid for. What was most disappointing was that no one informed me that my service would be shortened.
