I’m so thankful for this place; I literally had an idea to get a massage. I have been trying to get one for months, but just couldn’t find the time . However today was the day, and the first group to come to mind was Woodhouse spa in Gaithersburg! Thank you for taking my last minute request, and your exceptional service from beginning to the end. To the owner, I hope this message reaches you. I have been coming to your spa for the past couple of years after my cancer treatments to help manage the side effects. I save up so I can visit every 3–4 months, and I have always enjoyed coming there. On June 20, I missed my appointment because I was sick and was charged without my consent. I got a Swedish message and my masseuse was very rough and it was not relaxing. I have previous back problems and asked Daniel for a lighter massage and he said he would adjust but he did not. He focused on knots which I did not request. As a result I’m in severe pain, and am unable to hold my cross body bag as it hurts my back from the massage.
I had an 80-minute deep tissue massage. Michelle was exceptional.
