Great costumer service. They make you feel very comfortable and welcomed!
My first time getting services here and it was amazing! It smells divine and is so quiet and calming. They called me 2 days before to confirm my sandal size and robe size to make sure they were prepared for me. I walked in and was allowed to browse the lobby until a young lady took me to the women’s locker room. They had individual lockers and hanging on the locker was my robe and a little chalkboard with my name on it. I had the best massage ever today! I have had significant pain and lack of mobility in my shoulder for over a year. I have had months of PT and done chiro as well. While these both helped me, my massage today FINALLY gave me the mobility I have been lacking for a year! Jason listened and was gentle, yet able to get my mobility back during my massage. He is excellent, very professional, and compassionate! I look forward to my next healing massage! Thank you!!
Went in for a Deep Tissue massage. Atmosphere was calming. Everyone from start to finish was kind and professional. Deep Tissue massage itself was outstanding. Masseuse obviously had years of experience. I guess, if I have to say something constructive. My masseuse could have gone harder for the back/shoulder portion of my deep tissue. But, to be honest I am quite a large guy. So take that information with a grain of salt. 5 out of 5 experience. Would recommend, will be going again.
I continue to be a frequent guest at this spa. Facials by Rachel are divine!
