I have purchased 4 vehicles from multiple Woodhouse dealerships and have had some great experiences, but my most recent one exceeds expectations. Not only did Alec Riha communicate promptly ahead of our meeting, but he was also a total professional. He is well educated on the vehicles and options. I never felt pressured or rushed. We purchased a new Lincoln 7-1/2 years ago and also purchased the extended warranty and service package to ensure that it would last as long as possible; and we have not been disappointed. The extended warranty was for 8 years and/or 150K miles, and we are near the end of that contract, but I know that the money was well invested, not spent. Update to below review: there certainly were some issues with the service and not completely to the fault of Woodhouse Lincoln, after returning the car for a 3rd time, the new noise was due to a bad part (strut) that was installed and only discovered by driving. Woodhouse service accepted that it was under their responsibility and fixed the issue at no cost to me. I'm thankful for the correction and moved from 2 stars to 3, there was way too much stress (and money) involved with the whole issue, but they did make it right. F... read more
