Terrible customer service!!! Every time I have to go in to service my car I end up arguing with Hunter, the manager of the service department. That kid should never be in charge of anything. He has zero customer service skills and always has a smart ass comment to make. I have been beylns frustrated with each and every encounter with Hunter and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
Working with the woodhouse service department is always more aggravating than it needs to be. Mitch was more helpful than my last advisor, but the Mitch still had a sour attitude toward his work, woodhouse and Hyundai in general - mentioning that if it was up to him, he'd dissolve the entire company. With that mentality, I feel zero confidence in their recommendations of service, zero confidence in their trustworthiness, and zero confidence in their ability to service my vehicle effectively.
Brought vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Got a text more services recommended. Seemed odd the service advisor did not seek me out. I went to the service advisor to approve additional services. The car was already in the pick-up lane and had to be taken back to the service area. At check out I noticed the tire rotation was not done. The service advisor said there was no lock nut socket. I said its in the glove box, he said no, the tech checked that and the center console. I wish I could give this place zero stars, but that’s not an option. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told the oil change would take 30-45 minutes and cost around $80. However, when I arrived for my appointment, it ended up taking three hours, making me late for work, and I was charged $120 instead. Since then, my car has not been the same.
