Rob at Woodhouse Ford South went out of his way to help me out. He went back and forth with my insurance to make sure I was treated right. Rob is always finding ways to make the service experience easy for the customer. Rob is extremely knowledgeable about the Ford product and provided great communication and service though out the entire experience. I continue using Woodhouse South for all of our vehicles because of the top-notch service Rob provides.
They didn’t detail my pickup, nor do any inspections when my 2022 was bought from their lot. No Coolant, no windshield fluid, and only one working tail light, that got me a ticket. Sales guy Patrick was nice, but wouldn’t recommend buying anything used.
