We bought a 2020 Ford Edge 1.5 years ago with about 50,000 miles at Woodhouse. It has 88,000 miles now and when I went out this morning it would not shift into reverse. We pushed it out of the garage and were able to drive it to Plattsmouth Woodhouse. He said he might be able to find the problem today but about May before they could work on it. I've looked and found the 2020 Edge has ongoing transmission problems. And some lawsuits have been filed. This Edge is junk.
Denton is awesome. This is the 5th vehicle I got from him .
My wife and I drove to Plattsmouth, Nebraska from the Chicago area, because they had the specific 2025 Bronco we were looking to purchase and it was priced exceptionally well. Bought a vehicle for a second time from Woodhouse Ford in Plattsmouth yesterday, and as usual it was an awesome experience. Never pushy, no 4 squares on a piece of paper, no haggling, no trips to the manager. One back and forth on the trade in value (2% difference from what I was looking for), that lasted 5 minutes. Paperwork was fast and easy, everything was upfront and fair. Austin was a great salesperson, and a pleasure to do business with.
