Horrible customer service. Their service advisor was doing a terrible job at explaining one of the charges shown on authorization link to approve service. And he was getting frustrated with me because he kept wording it in a way that made it sound like I was getting charged twice for diagnostics. Then, when I pick up vehicle and start to drive off, my AC is no longer working. Which it was perfectly fine when I brought it in. I came in as a walk in with a slow leak in a tire. Quinton was amazing, he went above and beyond for me, helped call other places to see if another location had a better wait time. One of the service centers for Woodhouse refused to even touch my car because of the brand. Quinton was the opposite, he verified they could help me out, contacted my extended warranty and as I waited I saw him go above and beyond for everyone else he interacted with too. I had a really great experience today at Woodhouse and I just want to acknowledge Annabelle and Quinton for both providing me with excellent customer service. I especially appreciate Annabelle who from the start clearly showed appreciation for me as a customer reminding me to get what I may need from my car before serving began. Thanks! And Quinton was great answer g questions I had about a discount coupon that I had. He was thorough and clearly explained the difference of services. I brought my vehicle in after discovering the gasket replaced at Woodhouse Blair wasn’t done correctly and oil was still leaking. I had also been told during an oil change at Midas that the rear brakes are leaking fluid due to a piston needing replacement. The gasket was replaced again at this service center and the vehicle was inspected, I was reassured the brakes are fine and there is no leak and nothing needing repair.
