Working with Quinton was wonderful! He made the process so fast and easy!
Quinton did a great job with the rear RDU replacement. It was a more involved repair, but he kept the details from getting confusing and made sure the important information stayed together. The communication was steady, the repair moved along without unnecessary delays, and everything felt well thought out. Quinton came across as knowledgeable, dependable, and serious about getting the job done correctly.
Derik and Wendee in the service department are so great to work with. They’re helpful, thorough, and truly care about the customer experience.
Horrible customer service. Their service advisor was doing a terrible job at explaining one of the charges shown on authorization link to approve service. And he was getting frustrated with me because he kept wording it in a way that made it sound like I was getting charged twice for diagnostics. Then, when I pick up vehicle and start to drive off, my AC is no longer working. Which it was perfectly fine when I brought it in. I came in as a walk in with a slow leak in a tire. Quinton was amazing, he went above and beyond for me, helped call other places to see if another location had a better wait time. One of the service centers for Woodhouse refused to even touch my car because of the brand. Quinton was the opposite, he verified they could help me out, contacted my extended warranty and as I waited I saw him go above and beyond for everyone else he interacted with too.
