Normally I am very satisfied but today I am leaving Woodhouse with lots of tension still remaining in my neck and shoulders. I specified the areas that needed to be addressed and asked the masseuse to focus on those areas however she stated that she spent time working on other areas that she thought would release my problem areas. I am dissatisfied with my services today and it didn't help that I drove nearly and hour only to leave with much of the tension I arrived with.

I started with Kimberly with a pedi and she was so gentel attentive and fun to talk with. Next was my amazing facial with tammie! Omg i told her about the issues i was having with my complexion and she hopped to it! She pinpointed every issue i was having and explained to me how to keep up with the amazing work she did on my face! Very genuine person and a total doll! Now there is Patti! I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the Woodhouse Spa! I got the Facial that I WON on a previous contest and I finally used my Valentines Day gift certificate for a Massage and Pedicure! I loved each service that I received! Very relaxing and professional atmosphere! I can't wait to go back :)
The whole place gives a relaxing vibe. I had a deep tissue massage by Valerie and I loved it.
