I've never been in love with the process of purchasing a new car. But, this may have been the best transaction I have ever had. Rick Kahla made the whole transaction easy and almost seamless. I was purchasing a 2023 Bolt EUV to ship to CO and I talked to plenty of dealers. Most still had a trick or two up their sleeve. Rick and Woodhouse were the exact opposite.
