I want to love this place… I really do. If you need an oil change- great, always in and out. But tire repairs? Ehhhh, not so much. One time, they told me they didn’t have any permission slips left to take the tire off to fix the leak in the middle of the tire… Another time they just ignored it. The last time? The last time was the best of them all! I was told the nail wasn’t in the side wall, but too close for comfort. But! Here’s a list of tires that’ll set you back at minimum $1,100! Had my truck in for boost code 2099. Said it was the air filter. Said ok change it to the correct one. All good. After that my rear fuel filter in my 2021 6.7 ram Cummins starts leaking. They say they only touch the air filter but the rear filter drain tube was fully open and the filter was loose. I change my fuel and oil filters which was done 3 months before this appointment with no leaks. Never again will I be doing a tire rotation for my car at this place!! I The lug nuts were not correctly put on and by the time I got home, they were about to come off. I got so lucky my tires didn’t fall off in the middle of the road! My service advisor was Zac Adams, and my technician was Takoda Wilson. For the safety of you and your family, you should heed my warning.
If you want ripped off and lied to this is the perfect choice for you! Maybe the house is your ass and the wood is their estimates... Complete joke
