I have been dealing with a warranty issue for 1.5 months. 2nd visit they actually admitted there is a problem. Part ordered. I contacted them last week to inquire about the part. Was told that it is in and just swing by. Stopped in today and was told I had to schedule a time to bring it back. The part is a hitch adapter and I'm 99 percent sure it wont cure the problem but it would have taken 5 minutes to find out. My warranty is up in 4 days and I'm guessing this is their way of kicking the can down the road until it's out o... read more

Went in to discuss purchasing a new truck, listed for a great price at another Woodhouse location. At looking into it, I was told there was a mistake when listing the truck on their website and it was a no-go. I was pretty sour about it. But ok… Freddy C. returned my frustration with great customer service. We instead picked out a used truck that had everything I was expecting, for a fair price. Freddy went above and beyond. Way to turn around a negative-starting experience. Will be back next time. Thanks!
