SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A COMPLETE JOKE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! We took our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee here to get fixed because the check engine light was flashing. We were charged $989.57 just to run tests to see what was wrong with it! After testing, they were so kind to give us a repair estimate (sarcasm) that quoted us $7018.05 to get everything back to normal. I had a very frustrating experience with the service department at Woodhouse CDJR. I brought my Jeep in for a check engine light and was told there was an open recall involving a software update to the powertrain control module, which they said would also resolve the issue.
