Just want to send a shout out to service advisor Jerry and his team. Last month I traveled from PA to NE. A few hours before my arrival, my A/C failed. For many, that's just a convenience, but I was traveling with a van full of Saint Bernards to our annual event, and A/C is life sustaining for my dogs in 80° temps. I have been dealing with a warranty issue for 1.5 months. 2nd visit they actually admitted there is a problem. Part ordered. I contacted them last week to inquire about the part. Was told that it is in and just swing by. Stopped in today and was told I had to schedule a time to bring it back. The part is a hitch adapter and I'm 99 percent sure it wont cure the problem but it would have taken 5 minutes to find out. My warranty is up in 4 days and I'm guessing this is their way of kicking the can down the road until it's out o... read more
